Registration Process

Registering with CapitalConnect entails the following steps:

1. Send us your basic information.Click here to begin.

2. We send you an email containing a link to our online registration forms. Click on this link to submit your detailed information, along with the following documents:

Social Enterprises in operation*	1 – 3 recently-published audited financial statements Latest Rating Report (if any are available) Detailed project plan

* Social enterprises in operation are required to provide us with at least one audited financial statement. All social enterprises are required to update their financial information annually.
** Institutional Lenders and Investors are not required to provide us with their detailed financial and portfolio information; they need only send us the information that they would like to share with other members of CapitalConnect.

Alternatively, you can fill out one of the following registration forms, and email them, along with the required attachments, to register@edacapitalconnect.com:

3. We review all of your documents to ensure the adequacy and accuracy of the information provided. If we have any questions regarding the information you have provided us, we will contact you within three business days.

4. You electronically sign our online service agreement. Click here to view the service agreement that is applicable for individual promoter investors, or click here to view the agreement that is applicable to all other potential members of CapitalConnect.

5. We send you your user name and password, which you can use to log in to CapitalConnect.

6. Once your free one month trial period expires, you pay the applicable subscription fee.
